Our consultancy services are available to a wide variety of organisations impacted by waste regulations - producers, consignors, carriers and processors.
Some of these businesses also fall within the scope of the Dangerous Goods regulations, others chose to retain our consultancy services on an annual basis, confident that we will help them to negotiate whatever regulatory hurdle comes next.
To give an example, prior to the implementation of the Hazardous Waste Regulations in 2005, we worked closely with our clients to assess the impacts on their businesses and preparing suitable procedures for them to remain compliant without adverse impact on their day to day operation. This involved extensive liaison with the Environment Agency.
In the immediate aftermath of implementation, we also represented our clients when experiencing difficulties with other organisations who had not fully understood the new regulations, such as some landfill sites, explaining the rules to them and negotiating a successful outcome.
